The Local 1904 has benefited tremendously from Joseph’s video production skills. His 4-minute “How To Read Your Pay Stub” has received positive responses from our bargaining unit members for its simplicity on a complex topic of paycheck deductions. Joseph also produced a 1-minute video “AFT Scholarships and You” to guide students through the scholarship application process. (…) There is an exactness and depth to Mr. Christensen’s work that is reflected in his incisive and insightful writing, and dynamic public speaking skills.

In the fast paced and constantly changing production model we employed, Joseph was an outstanding addition to our team. He is intelligent, takes pride in his work, detail oriented and always ensured every task assigned to him was followed through to completion. (…) Joseph was not one to sit idly by when he was done with his work – he had the foresight to see what other tasks remained and always took the initiative to complete them. He has a great skill for organization and we were fortunate to be able to utilize these skills.

Joseph brings a lot to his profession. He is courteous, reliable and a very committed, hard worker.

In my dealings with Joseph I can tell you with conviction that he is a man of commitment and respect. Joseph approached each task as part of the whole; he interacts with those in the mix as a team and makes them better at what they do, but more importantly better people because of his work ethic. There is no job too small and no job too large for him. I am proud to have had the opportunity to work, and frankly, just be around Joseph. He is a man of dynamic nature that effects positive change wherever he is.

Having gotten to know his abilities over the past years, I can say he takes his responsibilities seriously and pairs his focus with a professional demeanor. I know that I can count on him whether working on a major project or skillfully communicating the client’s need into a creative solution. Joseph brings good energy into whatever he does and it shows in his work and connections with others. Even when he faces a new challenge, he takes the time to learn and address it with skill. I am sure that any company or organization that adds Joseph to the team will benefit, as I have witnessed.
